Communications Objective: This anthem video’s purpose was to position Blue Cross Blue Shield’s corporate citizenship efforts as patient/consumer focused, incorporating true-to-life visuals of organizations and individuals that are benefiting from the larger program. This video debuted at an annual meeting between Blue Cross Blue Shield and its service partners, subsequently uploaded to BCBS’s digital channels, with “snackable” following close behind. The primary goal of this video was to reposition Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Corporate Citizenship.
